@breezeline I need technical support. We have been calling since 7:15am and get disconnected after 1hr waits. We are not getting call backs either. This is an internet issue. Need reset so we have service

@MayorDanGelber time to add competition to cable on Miami beach need to 🛑 monopoly to breezeline over 40 yrs! @breezeline service only guaranteeing wired service not wireless and now customer service is horrible Miami Beach residents deserve better!

@breezeline support is the WORST!!! I went and upgraded my service to get lower prices but the technician gave us the wrong modem & now we can’t get onto our own network! And I can’t even get a tech support supervisor on the the phone. #Horrible #BadBusiness #BreezelineBlows

@breezeline. Not sure what phone system that you are using but let me tell you: the callback feature is not working and the call hold time is incorrect. Not have a way to connect with your customer service department other than a phone call is rather old school!

@breezeline bought my wow service and my bill is complete fiction! I Def did not agree to anything that's in my bill..$210 for 200 mb of internet are you ******* serious?? And your cust. Service is terrible 32 min on hold plus 30 minute wait in chat and no answers at all. #trash

WESTMORELAND COUNTY SO: WESTMORELAND COUNTY SO: Due to a fiber outage with Breezeline all business lines of the Sheriff's Office are not operational. Breezeline is currently working to resolve the problem. If you have an emergency please dial 911 as these lines are working

@breezeline not only did you “raise the bar” you also raised my prices over what WoW charged and charging me for free home Wi-Fi. I called, yet you never called back. #dumpbreezeline
