When @GetSpectrum says they’ll be at your house between 5-6 and here it is almost 6:30 and still no one... glad I’m stuck in my house alone all night just playing the waiting game. Not like I had sh*t I wanted to do or anything!!!

@Ask_Spectrum had total Internet outage intermittently for last 3 wks. Called Spectrum no last than 5 times. I rebooted modem another 7-8 times. Finally got Stacey, tech support. She discovered it was a line time out problem. Why the hell other 5 analyst did not know or care?

@GetSpectrum tough to continue to hear with you guys when you make wireless service so difficult every step of the way. Can't upgrade or make changes because your system is down FOR A WEEK!!
