Tulsa Community College is extending its reach outside the city and opening a new campus in Glenpool. Over the last four years, the school has been working to renovate Glenpool's old City Hall, transforming the offices into classrooms, computer labs and testing areas. The college held an open house Wednesday. TCC President Tom McKeon says the new campus will help them offer more classes to students, while staying economically efficient. "We were able to come in and turn those spaces into educational spaces that will serve this community for decades in the future," McKeon said. TCC says the new school will help to draw students from areas like Okmulgee and Henryetta.
